In 2001 we started with Siemens Mobile Acceleration as a corporate venture arm of Siemens Mobile. In 2006 we performed a secondary transaction of the total Siemens fund with the new name Tempo Park Fund 1. smac | partners advises the fund with originally more than 30 ICT early-stage investments in the USA, Asia, Europe and Israel.
In 2007 smac partners executed a typical tail-end secondary venture capital transaction by acquiring a portfolio from Vertex Venture Capital, Israel. This fund, smac partners Fund II, comprises nine ICT portfolio companies.
